Dashboard

The dashboard is your home screen in Keystone AI SEO. It gives you a quick overview of your optimization activity and fast access to the features you'll use most often. After completing onboarding (or dismissing it), this is the page you'll see every time you open the app.

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find two shortcut cards that let you jump straight into your workflows without navigating through the sidebar.

Product Optimization

This card takes you directly to your product workflows — the automated tasks that optimize SEO fields for your Shopify products. If you've already created product workflows, you'll land on the list view where you can see their status, edit them, or create new ones.

Click "View all" to see every product workflow you've created.

Content Optimization

This card works the same way but for article workflows. It takes you to the list of workflows that optimize blog posts and articles in your Shopify store.

Click "View all" to see every article workflow.

When to use which

If your store primarily sells products, you'll likely use the Product Optimization shortcut most often. If you maintain an active blog as part of your SEO strategy, the Content Optimization shortcut gives you quick access to those workflows. Most merchants use both.

Help Banner

At the bottom of the dashboard, you'll find a help card with two options for getting assistance from the Keystone team.

Book a Call

Click "Book a call" to schedule a free setup session with a member of the Keystone team. This is especially useful if you're new to SEO, want help building your first set of workflows, or have questions about how to get the most out of the app for your specific store.

Contact Support

Click "Contact Support" to open a live chat widget directly inside the app. This connects you with the Keystone support team for quick questions, troubleshooting, or feedback.

Dismissing the help banner

The help card is dismissible. If you no longer need it, you can close it and it won't reappear. You can always reach support through other channels if needed later.

The sidebar on the left is always available and gives you access to every section of the app:

  • Dashboard — returns you to this home screen
  • Workflows — view, create, and manage all your product and article optimization workflows
  • Manual Optimization — make one-off SEO improvements to individual products or articles without creating a workflow

The dashboard is designed to be a launchpad. Once you're comfortable with the app, you may find yourself going directly to Workflows or Manual Optimization from the sidebar rather than using the dashboard shortcuts — and that's perfectly fine.
