Keystone is three separate Shopify apps, each installed and billed on its own: Loyalty & Rewards, Product Options & Variants, and AI SEO. They share an account and a design language, but you can run any one of them without the others, so these docs are organised per app rather than as one manual.

Common questions
What can customers earn points for? Purchases, account signups, birthdays and social media engagement such as following your profiles. Each earning rule is configured separately, so you decide which actions are worth points and how many. See Introduction and Quick Start.
What can customers spend points on? Coupon discounts, gift cards, dynamic discount codes, and custom rewards that you fulfil manually through a form you define. See Setting Up Rewards.
Does the loyalty program work in-store as well as online? Yes — the program integrates with Shopify POS, so points are earned and redeemed on both channels, and the storefront widget supports 20+ languages with automatic detection. See Shopify POS for the Product Options side of the same integration.
Which types of product options can I add? Dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, single and multi-line text fields, file uploads, and colour or image swatches. Options inherit your theme's styling by default, and Live Preview shows the result before you publish. See Conditional Logic and Swatches.
What exactly does AI SEO rewrite? Product titles, descriptions, meta tags, FAQs and image alt text — either in bulk through a workflow or one record at a time. Every change is versioned, so you can review what was generated and roll back. See Product Workflows, Article Workflows and Manual Optimization.
Do I have to install all three apps? No. Each app is installed, configured and billed independently from the Shopify App Store. Nothing here assumes you run more than one.
