Email Notification Consent
Overview
Email Notification Consent allows you to control which types of emails you receive from Keystone Loyalty Rewards. Manage your preferences for security alerts, program updates, performance reports, product updates, and marketing communications.
All settings are configurable except for security notifications, which are required to keep your account safe.
Accessing Email Notification Consent
- Open Keystone Loyalty Rewards app
- Navigate to Settings > Email notification consent
Email Notification Types
Security & Account Alerts (Required)
Status: Required - Cannot be disabled
What You'll Receive:
- Security notifications
- Account updates
- Important alerts about your account
- Critical system notifications
Why It's Required:
- Essential for account security
- Notifies you of suspicious activity
- Alerts about password changes
- Informs about important account changes
Examples:
- Login from new device
- Password changed
- Account access granted to new user
- Billing issues requiring attention
Required Notification
This notification type cannot be disabled as it contains critical security and account information necessary for protecting your loyalty program and store data.
Loyalty Program Notifications
Status: Optional
What You'll Receive:
- Loyalty program updates
- New features and capabilities
- Program configuration changes
- Best practices and tips
When to Enable:
- Want to stay informed about program improvements
- Need alerts about feature updates
- Interested in program optimization tips
- Want to know about new loyalty capabilities
When to Disable:
- Prefer to check for updates manually
- Receive too many notifications
- Already follow other update channels

Loyalty Performance Reports
Status: Optional

Status: Optional

Managing Preferences
Enabling Notifications
Steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Email notification consent
- Find notification type to enable
- Toggle switch to ON (black)
- Preference saves automatically
- Start receiving emails for that type
Disabling Notifications
Steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Email notification consent
- Find notification type to disable
- Toggle switch to OFF (gray)
- Preference saves automatically
- Stop receiving emails for that type
Note: Security & account alerts cannot be disabled.
Changing Multiple Preferences
You can enable or disable multiple notification types at once:
- Toggle each preference as desired
- Each change saves automatically
- No need to click "Save" button
- Changes take effect immediately
