Language Settings

Change the language of the app's admin interface.

Overview

Language settings allow you to display the app's admin interface in your preferred language. The app translates all admin-side content to match your selection.

Admin Interface Only

This setting affects only the app's admin interface. It does not change the language of your storefront or customer-facing content.

Language Options

Automatic (Default)

The app automatically detects and uses the language set in your Shopify admin.

How it works:

• Matches your Shopify admin language preference
• Updates automatically if you change your Shopify language
• No manual selection needed

Best for:

• Most merchants
• Maintaining consistency with Shopify admin
• Automatic language synchronization

Manual

Choose a specific language from the dropdown menu.

Available languages:

• English
• German
• French
• Italian
• Chinese (Simplified)
• Chinese (Traditional)
• Czech
• Danish
• Dutch
• Finnish
• Japanese
• Korean
• Norwegian (Bokmål)
• Polish
• Portuguese (Brazil)
• Portuguese (Portugal)
• Spanish
• Swedish
• Thai
• Turkish

Best for:

• Preferring a language different from your Shopify admin
• Testing the app in multiple languages
• Teams using different languages

How to Change Language

1. Navigate to App Settings > Language Settings
2. Select your preference:
   • Automatic - Use Shopify admin language
   • Manual - Choose from dropdown
3. If Manual, select your desired language from the list
4. Changes apply immediately

Troubleshooting

Language not changing: Refresh your browser after selection

Missing translations: Some new features may appear in English until translations are updated

Wrong automatic language: Check your Shopify admin language settings
