Can I connect Klaviyo and Omnisend at the same time? No. Only one email marketing integration can be active at a time. Connecting a new platform will automatically disconnect the one currently active.

Do I control what customer data is sent? You can choose which loyalty events trigger a send. The data included in each event payload (customer info, points, reward details) is sent automatically and cannot be filtered by field.

Will events be sent for customers who have not opted into marketing emails? By default, the integration respects Shopify's email marketing consent settings. Events for customers who have not opted in will not be sent to your platform.

Are events sent straight away? Events are delivered in the background within a few seconds of the loyalty action occurring.

What happens if an event fails to deliver? The system retries automatically with increasing wait times. If it continues to fail after several attempts, the integration is marked as Error and the reason is shown on the integration page.

Can I backfill past loyalty activity to my platform? No. Only events that happen after the integration is connected are sent. Historical activity is not backfilled.

What if I disconnect and reconnect later? When you reconnect, events resume from that point forward. Any activity that happened while disconnected will not be sent retroactively.
