Automatic Updates
Exchange rates are pulled automatically from Shopify's currency data every 4 hours. You do not need to set anything up — rates stay current on their own. Over 150 currencies are supported.
Locking a Rate Manually
If you need a specific rate to stay fixed — for example, to align with a promotion or your accounting — you can set a manual rate for any currency pair. Manual rates are never overwritten by the automatic sync. They stay in place until you change or remove them yourself.
