Integrations Overview ​

What It Does ​

If you use an email marketing platform like Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Mailchimp, integrations let your loyalty program talk directly to it. Every time a customer earns points, claims a reward, gets a referral, or hits any other loyalty milestone, that event is automatically sent to your platform.

This means you can:

  • Trigger automated emails at exactly the right loyalty moment (e.g. send a "You've earned points!" email the moment points are awarded)
  • Keep customer profiles in your email platform up to date with their latest points balance and reward activity
  • Build segments based on loyalty behavior (e.g. target customers who have never claimed a reward)
  • Run loyalty-driven flows without any manual data exports or imports

Before You Start ​

1. Your plan must include Integrations If it does not, you will see an upgrade prompt when you visit Settings → Integrations.

2. You need an account with a supported platform You will need an API key from Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Mailchimp. Details on where to find it are in the setup steps.

Only one email marketing integration can be active at a time. Connecting a new platform automatically disconnects the previously connected one.
