Managing a Connected Integration
Once your integration is live, you can:
| Action | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Update event triggers | Change which events are sent. Save to apply immediately. |
| Test connection | Re-check that your API key is still valid. |
| Send test event | Send a sample event to your platform to confirm data is arriving correctly. |
| Update credentials | Replace your API key without disconnecting. |
| Disconnect | Stop all event delivery. You will be asked to confirm. |
Connection Status
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Connected | Active and working. Events are being sent. |
| Error | A recent event failed to deliver. The error message and timestamp are shown on the integration page. The system retries automatically before marking as errored. |
| Inactive | Not connected or not yet configured. |
If you see an Error status, the most common cause is an API key that has been revoked or expired in your email platform. Use Test connection to quickly check.
