Managing a Connected Integration

Once your integration is live, you can:

Action	What It Does
Update event triggers	Change which events are sent. Save to apply immediately.
Test connection	Re-check that your API key is still valid.
Send test event	Send a sample event to your platform to confirm data is arriving correctly.
Update credentials	Replace your API key without disconnecting.
Disconnect	Stop all event delivery. You will be asked to confirm.

Connection Status

Status	What It Means
Connected	Active and working. Events are being sent.
Error	A recent event failed to deliver. The error message and timestamp are shown on the integration page. The system retries automatically before marking as errored.
Inactive	Not connected or not yet configured.

If you see an Error status, the most common cause is an API key that has been revoked or expired in your email platform. Use Test connection to quickly check.
