Managing a Connected Integration

Once your integration is live, you can:

Update event triggersChange which events are sent. Save to apply immediately.
Test connectionRe-check that your API key is still valid.
Send test eventSend a sample event to your platform to confirm data is arriving correctly.
Update credentialsReplace your API key without disconnecting.
DisconnectStop all event delivery. You will be asked to confirm.

Connection Status

StatusWhat It Means
ConnectedActive and working. Events are being sent.
ErrorA recent event failed to deliver. The error message and timestamp are shown on the integration page. The system retries automatically before marking as errored.
InactiveNot connected or not yet configured.

If you see an Error status, the most common cause is an API key that has been revoked or expired in your email platform. Use Test connection to quickly check.
